It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using lucky98 is lawful in their jurisdiction. lucky98 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing lucky98 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk. lucky98 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
The following persons are not eligible to hold an account with lucky98:
To register an account with lucky98, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to maintain one lucky98 account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or accessed from different devices — is strictly prohibited. lucky98 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. lucky98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify lucky98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
lucky98 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may conduct verification checks at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.
lucky98 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods. All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 200. lucky98 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which lucky98 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. lucky98 does not transfer funds to accounts held in the name of a third party. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business hour, subject to banking system availability.
All transactions on lucky98 are conducted exclusively in PKR. lucky98 does not apply currency conversion charges. The balance displayed in your lucky98 account at all times reflects your true PKR balance without any hidden deductions.
lucky98 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, lucky98 may require additional documentation before processing the transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lucky98 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Where there is a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots generally contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
lucky98 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to exploit wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. lucky98's determination in such matters is final.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates.
Each game available on lucky98 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. lucky98 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or the Platform, all bets placed during the period of malfunction may be declared void and stakes returned at lucky98's discretion. lucky98 is not liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from a technical error. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
All sports bets are subject to lucky98's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be handled in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules applicable to that event type. lucky98 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict betting activity on any event at its sole discretion.
In the event that a game displays an obviously incorrect price, payout, or odds due to a technical or human error, lucky98 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to correct the error without liability to the player. Obvious errors include but are not limited to prices significantly outside normal market range, game payout percentages clearly in excess of the published rate, and typographical errors in promotional communications.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucky98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

Any unauthorised use of lucky98's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky98's total liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your lucky98 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, lucky98 will process any outstanding withdrawals of your Real Money Balance and close your account. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
lucky98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to lucky98. In the event of termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned at lucky98's discretion following completion of any relevant investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the lucky98 Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky98 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

lucky98 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the lucky98 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
